    Common to have bad habits But Quitting Is Not Common!
    We know that some of our habits show bad effects on the body,but still we continue them for no good reason.Surprisingly,some of the bad habits are common and followed by many people.Most of the cases we feel it is common but the habit followed by many people doesn't mean that it's correct.It is really amazing that even most of them feel guilty about their habits.But,what are the habits which are commonly followed by many people..?

    It is a fact that more than 58 % of people woke up to 8'o clock in the morning!It's not that they don't know about the bad effects for this,but continue it even after feeling guilty on this matter.


    Another best example is addicted to coffee and smoking.We often see many advertisements even from the government that smoking is very harmful to health,but the people who are habituated with smoking don't take the name to quit smoking.We also know that drinking so much of coffee & tea are also harmful due to the high amounts of caffeine in them,but everyone votes for this drinks as soon as they woke up in the morning.

    The other best example is quitting exercise.No one wants to quit the harmful things in our life but people commonly try to quit exercise.We can only see few people who try to do a little bit of workouts in the morning.The main reason behind this is the lack of self-motivation and not opting self-care options around us.


    As we can see that they are many common habits followed by many people but all of them can be broken down with a single thought in our brain with a powerful willpower.All the best.


    Eating Delicious food with Drinks !!!! WoW


    If god gives you a chance and asks u "what's your wish?"then what you will ask him? Well,I will ask for my favourite food!!! Yes,because of everything and anything we do in our life for food.According to one poet saying "Life would be Nice If we eat tasty food daily Twice"
    Well,tell me who doesn't like to eat tasty food? I guess nobody is ready to lift their hands.Historically,if we see people secured their food in two methods,Hunting & Gathering.But now,no need for such efforts,We can enjoy our meal in many places and in our houses even! if we order them,Nice isn't it?

    Burgers,pizzas,fried chicken,hmmm......I just can't stop thinking about them.It's the food which makes you whisper widely and say "I LIKE THEM".Not only junk foods,many healthy foods are also delicious and beneficial too.Nowadays many restaurants and hotels are satisfying millions of their customers with their services and quality of food that they provide.

    I forgot to say one thing since we are talking about food,we can't forget to mention about Drinks!!
    A delicious meal with our favourite drink!!....wow,it gives us some memorable moments of our lives.Drinks which are tasty makes the food even tastier.
